Primary Policy:

All prices quoted are in USD and are exclusive of any convenience charges.

Transactions are processed by the cardholder by accepting these terms. The organization does not charge auto-debit payments. All transactions will be acknowledged within two business days.

Registration Requirements:

  • Registrants must submit the conference registration form to confirm their participation.
  • The form must be submitted within three business days of registration. Failure to submit within the stipulated time will classify the registration as Non-Active, and no refund will be provided. However, the Non-Active registrant will receive credit for their registration fee, valid for one year from the registration date.

Conference Participation:

  • Completing and submitting the registration form indicates your intent to attend the conference in any format and acceptance of the conference agreement.
  • Registrations received less than ten days before the conference will be reviewed based on current availability, but refunds will not be granted. Last-minute registrations are strongly discouraged.
  • If a registrant is unwilling or unable to attend, their registration will be transferred to an upcoming conference based on their initial registration details. No refunds will apply.

Paper Selection and Venue Changes:

  • The organization reserves the right to select or reject research papers at any stage. Rejected submissions will be notified by email, including reasons for rejection, but no refunds will be provided.
  • The organizer may change the venue or date of the conference. Registered participants will be informed via email and phone.

Event Cancellation Policy:

The organization is not liable for ticket refunds or monetary losses if the conference is canceled or rescheduled.

Cancellation Deadlines:

More than 90 Days Before the Event:
  • Full Refund (100%) of the registration fee.
  • A processing fee of 80 USD will be deducted from the refund.
60 to 89 Days Before the Event:
  • Partial Refund (10% -60%) based on submitted documentation.
31 to 59 Days Before the Event:
  • Partial Refund (10% to 25%) based on submitted documentation.
Less than 30 Days Before the Event:
  • No refunds. However, participants may transfer their registration to another individual or apply it to a future event (transfer charges of 50 USD will apply).
Event Cancellation by Organizer:

If the event is canceled by the organizer, registration fees will be credited for future use within one year.

Cancellation Deadlines:

1. Requesting a Cancellation/Refund:

Submit all requests in writing to info@iirst.com before the deadlines specified above. Approved refunds will be processed within 8–10 business days post-conference.

2. Non-Attendance:

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend without prior notification.

3. Travel and Accommodation Responsibilities:

The organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or related expenses. Participants are advised to book refundable options.

4. Transfer of Registration:

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 45 days before the event. Approval is at the organizer’s discretion.

5. Late Registration:

Participants registering close to the conference date may only be eligible for virtual participation due to hybrid mode limitations. Such participants will still qualify for one additional conference attendance under the same registration category.
