A Letter of Invitation serves as confirmation that your paper submission and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It will be issued in English and can be used to assist with your visa application; however, it does not guarantee visa approval.

Invitation letters will only be issued once your registration and payment have been completed. These letters will be sent to you via email.

To request an invitation letter, please send an email to info@iirst.com with the following details:

• Completed Registration Form
• Payment Proof
• Passport-sized Photograph
• Passport Scan Copy

Please note that the Organizing Committee does not have control over the visa application process or the decision made by the embassy or consulate. The conference is not responsible for visa issuance. The processing time for visa applications can vary, so we strongly advise you to begin the process as early as possible.

In the event that your visa application is denied, we regret that we cannot alter the decision made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the embassy. Additionally, we will not engage in any discussions or correspondence with the Ministry or the embassy on your behalf.
